awkward author fotos

i survived comic con! the panels i attended
(one as a panelist and the other as a YA fan)
were great and i also enjoyed the very short
Fringe presentation i got in on after waiting almost
two hours in line with thousands of other fans.

Silver Phoenix paperback releases today!
and it also includes my mom’s veggie homestyle
mapo tofu recipe (it is delicious!). see
greenwillow’s very own Head Chef martha mihalick’s
first delicious attempt here. also included is a teaser
for Fury of the Phoenix and some comments about
writing my debut by me.

sirens in vail

hi everyone! i got back from sirens on sunday, took
monday to recuperate and then my mom came to visit.
now i finally have the time to sit down and write a little
about the con. it was amazing! there was just over one
hundred attendees which made it very small, intimate and
personal. the staff and volunteers were fantastic, [...]

the space between

i’m a little lost and useless. i need to give
myself mindless tasks to keep sane. =)

i was able to attend harperteen’s Supernatural
Summer tour and see four fellow YA authors there.

a very full saturday

i had two events this past saturday.

the women’s head to toe expo at del mar
fairgrounds. when i originally signed up for
