fighting the gloom

it feels like monday.
and the weather has been overcast
for three days. which makes me feel
all bleah and lethargic.

i’m taking solace in my Fury edits.
will be reading the prose aloud. i highly
recommend this to writers. it allows you
to hear things (redundancies, stilted dialogue,
awkward prose) that you normally wouldn’t
notice while simply reading.

i’m also having instant ramen for lunch
with an egg! my ideal comfort food. and finally,
what better way to combat the gloom than with
some jay chou emo? this one is titled “clear sky”.
you can find the lyrics here.

and of course, don’t forget about my awesome
tgifbm! giveaway extravaganza!!! post below.

I love ramen with egg in it. I don’t stir it up. I let it kind of hard boil in the ramen. Mmmm.

My love of ramen noodles ended after college. I ate them so much that I can’t even think of picking up another noodle.

ramen with egg sounds good. I love ramen… my mom once got some seafood ramen from Taiwan. So. Good.

I’m feeling kind of blah today. Probably I will feel blah until midnight when I will suddenly perk up and become extremely productive.
